Accounts Receivable Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily invoicing and collection activities for customer accounts. This includes creating and posting invoices, applying payments, collecting invoices, and troubleshooting payment issues.

This role will report to the AR Manager and involve performing month-end reconciliations, calculating key performance indicators (KPIs), doing period-over-period flux analysis, and assisting with process automation and internal controls execution.

  • Create and post invoices in Salesforce Billing
  • Apply payments within Salesforce Billing and NetSuite
  • Collect invoices ranging in dollar value
  • Troubleshoot and resolve payment issues with customers
  • Work in ticketing systems such as HappyFox, Zendesk, and Asana

In addition, this role involves working with purchase orders, performing account and billing address/contact updates, and handling bankruptcy filings.
