**Technical Support Analyst Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at Baker & McKenzie Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to the firm's users.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support and assistance to users via phone, email, and in-person, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document and track user requests, incidents, and problems using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects, initiatives, and improvements.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
**Requirements**
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- At least 1 year of experience in technical support, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
