About the Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Project Managers in Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative programs that drive new growth opportunities while balancing business profitability and risk.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conceptualizing and executing champion-challenger programs across all credit cycles, supporting new engines of growth such as embedded financing, SME initiatives, bureau strategies, and portfolio segmentation.
  • Providing business and risk frameworks (profitability models, risk appetite, benchmarking, and efficiency initiatives) including automation of reporting and processes.
  • Conducting research on evolving credit strategies and contributing to portfolio management discussions to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Reviewing and endorsing program proposals, policies, and procedures to assess compliance and risk implications prior to senior management approval.
  • Ensuring projects are well-defined, aligned with business objectives, documented, and appropriately reported, while effectively managing risks and escalation.
  • Writing system requirement specifications (e.g., use cases, data models, mock-ups) and collaborating with stakeholders for smooth execution of initiatives.

Requirements

  • Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Business Management, Economics, Banking and Finance, Data Science, Mathematics, or Engineering (Management/Industrial Engineering)
  • At least 5+ years of experience in credit operations, risk systems administration, compliance functions, or consumer banking
  • Strong background in UAT testing, data analysis, and program/project execution
  • Proven ability to manage and oversee critical tasks with high attention to accuracy and timelines
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
