Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • More than 10 years' experience in learning and development focusing on training curriculum design, development and delivery.
  • Proven leadership experience within a learning solutions environment or similar.
  • Extensive experience in Instructional Design and/or Training Delivery.
  • Understanding of ADDIE and SAM Processes for project scoping, design and development.
  • Demonstrated capability in project management, including managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep knowledge of Adult Learning Principles, Constructivism and learning models/principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with peers.
