Project Management Expertise

Globe Telecom seeks a highly skilled and experienced Project Management professional to lead the governance, execution, and oversight of programs.

This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives. The successful candidate will manage core functions including scope and change control, early detection and reporting of risks to senior leaders, and identify improvements in existing processes to further enhance execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scope Management & Change Control: Manage project scope from initial endorsement to final execution, maintaining accurate databases of build information and ensuring it is correctly channeled to all relevant teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Program Progress and Performance Reporting: Track and report on overall program progress, providing key insights and measuring outcomes against established targets, including monitoring project budgets, tracking cost variations, and generating essential reports such as balance scorecards (BSC), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and post-build reports.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues across all programs, developing clear mitigation and resolution strategies and escalating critical risks to stakeholders early to ensure they are aware of any potential impact on project goals.
  • Project Enablement and Dependency Management: Support successful project execution by ensuring all teams have necessary resources and information to move forward, managing dependencies between teams and domains, and ensuring constant follow-up to keep projects on track and prevent bottlenecks.

  • Mid-Senior level experience in project management
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and methodologies
