Job Overview

The role of Innovation Project Manager involves supporting the delivery of renovation and innovation agendas. The key responsibilities include transforming portfolios by translating strategic plans into impactful consumer-centric solutions, crafting marketing mixes that drive business growth, and planning for in-market pivots.

Key Accountabilities

Market Insight: Develop a deep understanding of consumers, competitors, and the business environment to identify trends and opportunities through data analysis and insight generation.

Innovation Strategy: Support the development of strong brand strategies, including clear differentiation, and well-crafted portfolios and mixes to deliver short and long-term wins.

Project Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of innovation projects from concept development to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility, speed, and impact.

Marketing Mix: Craft robust communication strategies for brand campaigns with convincing assets, delivering single-minded messaging to consumers through effective channels.

Financial Management: Own the business case for innovation projects and ensure alignment with financial guardrails, supporting post-launch review and budget management.
