Senior Fitment Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fitment Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of skilled fitters to ensure timely execution of fitments within country.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to fitters, including junior fitters, as needed.
  • Collaborate with the scheduler to assign fitters to jobs based on their competency and optimize resource allocation.
  • Maintain quality standards for fitments and conduct regular reviews to ensure adherence.
  • Conduct on-the-job coaching for new and existing fitters, focusing on skill enhancement and process improvement.
  • Investigate fitment issues related to customer complaints, document findings, and provide resolutions to the operations manager.
  • Prepare and present fitment-related reports during operations meetings, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure fitters receive relevant training according to standard operating procedures and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, meeting production and service milestones while minimizing costs.

Requirements:

  • Higher Secondary/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, or higher in Engineering (Computer, Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronic, or related fields).
  • Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in senior leadership roles.
  • Experience in automotive industry maintenance is highly desirable.
