About the Role

Concerted Management Corporation, the support group of the number one motorcycle dealer in the Philippines, Motortrade Nationwide Corporation, is looking for a talented and driven Corporate Planning Supervisor to join our team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is essential in shaping the strategic direction of our organization, collaborating closely with senior leadership to drive key initiatives and deliver measurable results.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the development and execution of the company's corporate strategic and business plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and monitor industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and implement strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Analyze financial data, operational metrics, and market intelligence to provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare high-impact presentations and reports to clearly communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic advisory support to the executive team on critical business decisions.
  • Mentor and develop junior members of the corporate planning team.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in a corporate strategy or business planning role, ideally within a corporate environment or the consumer goods sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex data and generate clear, data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Highly collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across diverse functions and organizational levels.
  • A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
