
Beauty Service Sales Specialist

We are seeking a driven, highly organized professional to join our team as a remote sales representative for an upscale beauty salon. This role combines customer service, online sales, and administrative coordination.
- Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction & Support:
- Greet and engage clients virtually via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and online booking platforms.
- Manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized service recommendations.
- Follow up on appointments, feedback, and rebooking opportunities.
- Sales & Upselling:
- Promote salon services and products through digital channels.
- Convert inquiries into bookings and cross-sell additional treatments or retail products.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion goals.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain and update digital records of client profiles, bookings, and sales using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or salon management software.
- Manage the salon's appointment calendar and coordinate scheduling with therapists and service teams.
- Handle invoicing, payment confirmations, and digital cash tracking.
- Operational Coordination:
- Assist in organizing home visit logistics and ensure smooth communication between clients and therapists.
- Support internal team communication and timely reporting of client needs and appointments.
- Track service feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or front desk operations (preferably in the beauty/wellness industry).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Comfortable working remotely with self-discipline and strong time management.
- Friendly, empathetic, and sales-focused approach.
- Familiarity with salon management platforms (e.g., Fresha, Booksy).
- Experience handling Instagram/WhatsApp Business for client communication.
- Knowledge of beauty or wellness products/services.
