Dynamic Beauty Ambassador

We are seeking a driven, highly organized professional to join our team as a remote sales representative for an upscale beauty salon. This role combines customer service, online sales, and administrative coordination.

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Client Interaction & Support:
      • Greet and engage clients virtually via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and online booking platforms.
      • Manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized service recommendations.
      • Follow up on appointments, feedback, and rebooking opportunities.
    • Sales & Upselling:
      • Promote salon services and products through digital channels.
      • Convert inquiries into bookings and cross-sell additional treatments or retail products.
      • Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion goals.
    • Administrative Tasks:
      • Maintain and update digital records of client profiles, bookings, and sales using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or salon management software.
      • Manage the salon's appointment calendar and coordinate scheduling with therapists and service teams.
      • Handle invoicing, payment confirmations, and digital cash tracking.
    • Operational Coordination:
      • Assist in organizing home visit logistics and ensure smooth communication between clients and therapists.
      • Support internal team communication and timely reporting of client needs and appointments.
      • Track service feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
    Requirements
    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or front desk operations (preferably in the beauty/wellness industry).
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
    • Comfortable working remotely with self-discipline and strong time management.
    • Friendly, empathetic, and sales-focused approach.
    • Familiarity with salon management platforms (e.g., Fresha, Booksy).
    • Experience handling Instagram/WhatsApp Business for client communication.
    • Knowledge of beauty or wellness products/services.
