Transpacific Distributors, Inc. is looking for various highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executives with expertise in the Sports Apparel, Exercise Equipment, Swim Wear, Electrical Beauty/Beauty Accessories & Health Devices, Home Decorations and Bath Linen, Toys, and Mobile Accessories Section. S/he will be responsible for networking, building relationships with clients and persuading others to purchase our products.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Network Building

· Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion leading to close prospective clients

· Reach out to potential leads through variety of channels such as emails, phone calls and texts, and social media

  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Must have an existing or active client network

Sales, Client Acquisition and Retention

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the timeline
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Awareness on current best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least three (3) years of proven track record in sales
  • Has pre-existing relationship with buyers
  • Experience in handling toys and sports section/department
  • Experience in copywriting is a plus but not required
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Openness to feedback
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Willing to travel around the Philippines
