Job Title: Overnight Dispatcher

We are seeking a skilled Overnight Dispatcher to facilitate same-day deliveries across the US. This role involves dispatching runs, communicating with cross-functional teams, and interacting with driver agents.

Responsibilities:
  • Dispatch deliveries in assigned markets and create efficient routes based on driver schedules, customer needs, and service level due times.
  • Maintain mastery of the CXT dispatch system.
  • Communicate directly with customers via phone and email to resolve issues quickly while maintaining a professional tone.
  • Mastery of Dialpad and Zendesk, our telephone and ticketing systems.
  • Provide direct and efficient communication and immediate feedback to drivers.
  • Achieve on-time delivery metrics of 90%+ for all markets assigned.
  • Provide positive feedback to General Managers, City Managers, and Supervisors regarding driver supply needs and performance.
  • Familiarize yourself with your market(s) to ensure comprehensive knowledge of clients, drivers, and specific needs.
  • Be available to work assigned shifts with flexibility to work through shift changes as needed, including weekends and holidays.
