Clinical Operations Lead

As a Clinical Operations Lead, you will act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients in your assigned regions. You will oversee exceptional delivery of clinical services across onsite and virtual channels, ensure case management, maintain service quality, and supervise regional clinicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management & Reporting (30%)
    • You will serve as the main clinical point of contact for assigned enterprise clients.
    • You will own the delivery and quality of monthly clinical reports and insights.
    • You will track Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and proactively address any gaps or risks.
    • You will attend client-facing meetings, facilitate escalations, and lead regular reviews.
    • You will support solutioning for special projects.
  • Clinical Service Oversight (30%)
    • You will ensure clinician rosters are filled and services delivered on time across onsite and virtual channels.
    • You will manage transitions, escalations, and referrals for high-risk or complex cases.
    • You will monitor clinical quality benchmarks for delivery operations, helpline, care navigation, and counselling teams.
    • You will co-develop and localise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for country-specific delivery requirements.
    • You will coordinate various teams to refine workflows and client-facing experiences.
  • Clinician Management & Quality (30%)
    • You will be the people manager for assigned onsite or regional clinicians.
    • You will monitor session quality, flag performance issues, and provide developmental feedback.
    • You will conduct orientation and operational onboarding for new clinicians.
    • You will align clinicians with internal clinical policies, ethics, and SOPs.
    • You will provide Clinical Supervision in group and individual settings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Projects (10%)
    • You will collaborate with other teams on improvements to service experience and workflows.
    • You will contribute to new program planning, pilot rollout, or clinical enhancement projects.
    • You will engage in cross-country best practice exchange and maintain regional alignment.
    Qualifications
    • You must have a Master's Degree in Counselling, Clinical Psychology, or related mental health disciplines.
    • You must have professional registration with a relevant counselling/psychology board.
    • You must have at least 3–5 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
    • You must have demonstrated experience in clinical operations, client relationship management, or case management.
    • You must have experience managing clinicians, preferably in a B2B, hospital, or EAP setting.
