Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer to join our team at Work for Prosper. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing training portal accounts, conducting general business sessions, and developing training materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the training portal accounts of trainees, ensuring seamless access to resources and information.
  • Conduct comprehensive general business sessions for new hires, covering company policies, procedures, and tools.
  • Organize meetings between new hires and operational teams, fostering collaboration and understanding.
  • Develop engaging training materials, including presentations and online modules, to support learning initiatives.
  • Supervise trainees, monitoring their progress and completion of assigned training modules.
  • Facilitate general business extended programs, providing additional support and guidance as needed.
  • Facilitate mock calls for trainees during the general business training program, simulating real-world scenarios.
  • Develop files and tools to track trainee progress, documenting key milestones and achievements.
  • Create end-of-training reports, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree from any 4-year course.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees.
  • Proven experience as a trainer or in a supervisory role in the BPO/VA industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, Google Workspace, and other online teaching/office software.
  • Prior experience working in Cebu, Bacolod, or Davao is preferred, but not required.
  • The ability to start immediately is essential.
