Franchise Operations Trainer

GanV Business Support Services Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Franchise Operations Trainer to join our team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for training and equipping Julie's Bakeshop franchisees and staff to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure franchisees and staff are equipped to meet business objectives.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentoring to improve staff skills and productivity.
- Develop and implement training needs analysis and evaluation processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, human resources, marketing).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a franchise or retail environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of PHP 80,000 - 120,000 per month, depending on experience.
