Job Description

GanV Business Support Services Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Franchise Operations Trainer to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for training and equipping Julie's Bakeshop franchisees and staff to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure franchisees and staff are equipped to meet business objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentoring to improve staff skills and productivity.
  • Develop and implement training needs analysis and evaluation processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, human resources, marketing).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a franchise or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of PHP 80,000 - 120,000 per month, depending on experience.
