Job ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with day-to-day office operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating tester attendance and managing schedules
- Organizing meetings and ensuring smooth communication among team members
- Handling correspondence and responding to inquiries in a timely manner
- Assisting with office needs and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Experience in managing office supplies and records
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Previous experience in administrative roles in the Bank industry is an advantage
