Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with day-to-day office operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating tester attendance and managing schedules
  • Organizing meetings and ensuring smooth communication among team members
  • Handling correspondence and responding to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Assisting with office needs and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Experience in managing office supplies and records
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Previous experience in administrative roles in the Bank industry is an advantage
