Customer Service Representative

As a customer service representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls.

  • Utilize proper phone etiquette to provide top-notch customer service for incoming calls on various cases and projects.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their needs and providing accurate information, resolving issues, and escalating calls as needed.
  • Document all calls appropriately and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, adhering to structured internet rules and regulations on the call center floor.
  • Attend required training sessions and complete other general tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • At least one year of customer service experience, call center experience, or desktop application experience.
  • Effective communication and literacy skills, including the ability to read scripted responses naturally, confidently, and accurately.
  • Professional proficiency in English and the target language (speaking, listening, and reading).
  • The ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent computer skills, including quick and accurate typing, the ability to open multiple applications simultaneously, and review documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle escalated calls with empathy and professionalism.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
