Job Description

The role involves managing recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, screening, and coordinating interviews. Responsibilities also include procurement management, handling purchase requisitions, supplier negotiations, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The position includes overseeing asset and material inventory, ensuring proper storage and documentation, and supervising warehouse staff. Additionally, the role involves cost control, preparing reports, and performing other tasks as assigned.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, procurement management, and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with various job posting platforms (JobStreet, JobsDB, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media recruitment strategies.
  • Experience with procurement processes, supplier negotiations, and cost analysis.
  • Knowledge of asset management and inventory control procedures.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
