Job Title: Remote Recruiting Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. We are seeking a motivated individual who is proficient in English and has experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or similar roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct phone screens for potential candidates to evaluate their qualifications and suitability for the job.
  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective candidates to assess their skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the job requirements to effectively screen candidates.
  • Assess candidates' language proficiency and ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
  • Document and record detailed notes from phone screens.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to understand the customer, job requirements, and identify potential candidates.
  • Provide regular updates on candidate sourcing progress.

Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication and writing skills.
  • Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
