Job Description:">

This role involves conducting research, identifying and attracting highly qualified candidates, and collaborating with managers to proactively source potential talent. Key responsibilities include implementing cost-effective recruitment strategies, developing a network of potential candidates, and creating tracking systems for all candidates.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • ">
  • 1 year of proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role preferred;">
  • Extensive experience in using different channels, social networks, online portals, and resume databases to source potential candidates;">
  • Hands-on experience in using tools, applications, and systems for talent acquisition;">
  • Familiarity in creating sourcing plans and implementing strategies to improve candidate search;">
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS);">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;">
  • Experience in a healthcare/medical related field (Preferred but not required);">
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.) (Preferred but not required).">
