We are seeking highly skilled professionals for a Talent Acquisition Specialist role.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in sourcing and headhunting, with a proven track record of identifying top talent to meet business objectives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

To be successful in this role, you will need to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities, conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability, and work independently to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A Bachelor's Degree holder is required, with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing techniques: Utilize various methods to find high-quality candidates.
  • Candidate relationships: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
  • Industry insights: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Candidate assessment: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree holder.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methods and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
