Production Manager

We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Production Manager to oversee the entire manufacturing and production process of fine or fashion jewelry.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in jewelry making, vendor coordination, materials sourcing, and production workflow management.

  • Oversee daily production operations, ensuring quality control and timely order fulfillment
  • Manage production schedules, allocate workloads, and track progress across internal teams and external manufacturers
  • Coordinate with designers, CAD teams, bench jewelers, casters, and stone setters to bring designs to life
  • Source and manage relationships with material suppliers and subcontractors (casting, polishing, plating, etc.)
  • Maintain detailed production documentation including BOMs (Bill of Materials), cost sheets, and timelines
  • Implement and enforce quality control standards across all stages of production
  • Forecast inventory needs and ensure all necessary materials (metals, stones, findings) are procured on time
  • Troubleshoot production issues, minimize delays, and optimize efficiency and cost

Candidates should have proven experience (3+ years) in jewelry production or manufacturing management and a strong knowledge of jewelry materials, processes, and supply chain.

  • Strong vendor and supplier management experience
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for craftsmanship and quality
