About the Opportunity:

As a technical connector, collaborator, and communicator, you will be a strong advocate for user empathy and understanding problems before identifying solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide industry expertise, comfortable in conversing with executive-level clients on Salesforce opportunities, impacts, and implications.
  • Contribute to project proposals and solutions preparation.
  • Understand business needs and distill information into business and technical requirements.
  • Manage complex business requirements and translate them into solution design, including product configuration, user stories, and business rules.
  • Design high-quality business solutions by contributing to a well-thought-out Solution Design from a functional and technical perspective.
  • Act as primary contact for Salesforce configuration, design, and architecture within Sales, Service, and Community Cloud.
  • Own assigned deliverables, implementing Salesforce and integrated systems adhering to best practice.
  • Lead and support implementation from requirements gathering through development and delivery.
  • Take ownership of implementation and client deliverables.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations to build long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify requirements.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to team members.
  • Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership, solution accelerators, reusable assets, and operational areas participation.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Proven experience or knowledge in CRM, preferably Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
  • Extensive experience in analysis, design, and development of medium to large, complex CRM systems or similar enterprise applications.
  • Consulting and implementation experience translating business requirements into business solutions and customer outcomes.
  • Executive presentation experience with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex procedures to colleagues and clients.
  • Proven ability to build and foster a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven track record delivering Salesforce projects in a lead role, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based environment.
