Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished Operations Team Lead to drive operational excellence and ensure seamless production processes.
This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership and team management skills, as well as the ability to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements for increased efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing floor to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead a team of operators in the manufacturing department, ensuring efficient and safe production of goods.
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in manufacturing operations with supervisory capacity.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle personnel issues such as performance reviews and employee relations.
- Familiarity with root cause analysis, CAPA reporting, and time and motion studies.
- Experience in implementing policies and procedures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
