Financial Analyst

This role involves working closely with departments like finance, sales, and IT to ensure data accuracy, streamline operations, and uphold quality standards.

  • Assist in organizing and managing workflows and datasets across multiple departments (finance, sales, IT) ensuring information and documentation are properly structured.
  • Work closely with team members to make sure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.
  • Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy order and accessibility.
  • Support data analysis reporting and financial operational modeling tasks.
  • Help enforce process and quality standards across teams.
  • Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks freeing up senior team members for strategic work.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements expect responsibilities to evolve regularly in a fast-growing company.
  • Continuously learn new tools and adapt to evolving company processes.

The ideal candidate is highly organized detail-oriented and skilled in data analysis and financial modeling. You should be eager to learn comfortable with evolving tools and excited to contribute to a fast-paced growing company.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics Mathematics Finance or another analytical field.
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets formulas pivot tables and modeling.
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models.
  • Excellent command of English spoken and written.
  • Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools.
  • A can-do mindset with high energy and willingness to go the extra mile.
