Marketing Data Analyst Opportunity

Assist the marketing team in scaling and taking on more strategic initiatives.

You will play a key part in transforming complex marketing data into actionable insights and clear narratives that drive revenue and inform high-level business decisions.

The Job Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and related analytics tools.
  • Ensure dashboards are accurate, up-to-date, and tailored to business objectives.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot any data discrepancies or tracking issues.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Analyze marketing data, identify trends, and diagnose KPI shifts across channels.
  • Prepare clear, actionable reports that provide strategic recommendations—not just raw data.
  • Create compelling data narratives to support decision-making for multiple stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Teamwork
  • Collaborate with SEO, paid ads, and development teams to translate data findings into operational actions.
  • Facilitate communication and task tracking for analytics-related projects.
  • Ensure alignment and clarity on data-driven priorities.
Infrastructure Support
  • Support the setup and ongoing maintenance of Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking systems.
  • Ensure analytics infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and meets evolving business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Google Sheets in a marketing analytics context.
  • Proven record of preparing insightful marketing reports and dashboards (not just data entry).
  • Experience coordinating projects or workflows across multiple teams (e.g., SEO, paid ads, developers).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Prior work in a fast-paced, agency, or digital marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools.
