Senior Business Intelligence Professional

We are seeking a forward-thinking Senior Client Insights Analyst to support our newly created regionalised structure. This is not a traditional reporting role: the ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the business, helping to design scalable insight engines and prototype decision-support systems.
The role involves partnering with internal client leads and external stakeholders to define analytical needs and translate them into high-impact deliverables. You will develop and maintain tailored dashboards, cohort trackers, and insight narratives that reveal commercial and operational levers.
You will lead deep dives into performance variability, liquidation trends, customer segments, and treatment outcomes, and deliver strategic presentations to client stakeholders with clear recommendations and hypotheses for testing.
Additionally, you will build and refine repeatable insight models that support benchmarking, campaign planning, and forecasting. Your expertise in storytelling, interpretation, and client-facing analytics skills will be valuable assets in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with internal client leads and external stakeholders to define analytical needs and translate them into high-impact deliverables.

- Lead deep dives into performance variability, liquidation trends, customer segments, and treatment outcomes.
- Deliver strategic presentations to client stakeholders with clear recommendations and hypotheses for testing.
- Build and refine repeatable insight models that support benchmarking, campaign planning, and forecasting.
- Presentation experience directly to client stakeholders in recurring forums and bespoke sessions.
- Strong communication skills, with a track record of presenting insights to external stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of cohort analysis, performance attribution, and outcome modeling.
- Expert-level SQL, with proven experience extracting and transforming large datasets.
