Remote Customer Service Representative

This is a remote work position. As one of our rockstar members, you will be responsible for conducting concierge calls and provider-matching calls to clients with service requirements.
Night Shift hours. Monday-Friday. We are looking for an individual with more than 1 year of experience making outbound calls - including appointment setting. You should also have reliable internet, good computer specs, and a quiet environment to make high-quality calls.
We value individuals who can be trusted to work remotely. If you can handle night shift hours and have a great attitude with a proven history of hitting KPIs, we would love to hear from you.
Duties and Responsibilities- Ensure client satisfaction by comprehending their needs and providing exceptional service.
- Conduct basic provider data research to provide accurate information to clients.
- Maintain phone conversations with clients in a professional manner, balancing casual and formal tones.
- Take clear and accurate notes during client interactions.
- Able to adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining productivity.
- Maintain focus and enthusiasm to achieve goals on time.
- Develop and implement innovative ideas to improve services.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, managing personal productivity effectively.
We require applicants with proficient to advanced written and verbal communication skills.
Prior BPO Customer Service Agent experience is preferred, especially in a work-from-home environment.
A keen attention to detail and familiarity with remote work tools are essential.
The ability to multitask and think creatively is highly valued.
Familiarity with system requirements as mandated by the project is required.
