Customer Service Representative Job Description

An entry-level position as a Customer Service Representative is available in our organization. As a representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to engage with customers, generate leads, invite them to events, and sell products or services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via inbound calls and provide prompt solutions to their issues.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer relationship management software and ensure accurate information.
  • Compose and send emails to clients, keeping them informed about product offerings and promotions.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Drive to create reports on customer interactions and feedback.
  • Meet service level agreements and complete other duties assigned by the team lead.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills are essential for effective customer engagement.
  • A typing speed of at least 40 words per minute is required for efficient data entry.
  • The ability to work under pressure, multitask, and think critically is necessary to handle complex customer queries.
  • Customer orientation, adaptability, and the ability to learn quickly are key qualities for this role.
