About the Job

Afni, Inc. is seeking a Lean Six Sigma Leader to join our team in Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines.

This role will be responsible for leading and supporting process improvement initiatives that drive performance and continuous improvement in the company and clients' business processes.

  • Lead and support CI projects through methodologies of DMAIC, Lean, and or Design Thinking.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support CI projects through methodologies of DMAIC, Lean, and or Design Thinking.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Black Belt Six Sigma Certification required.
  • Strong statistical, problem-solving, and performance analysis skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, statistical, or other analytical software with a strong understanding and experience leveraging Monitoring and Assessment Systems preferred.
  • Leadership experience and ability to proactively resolve issues and develop employees.
