The Customer Service Analyst role is pivotal in evaluating customer service operations and providing actionable insights to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and analyze customer service activities, including call center metrics, customer feedback, and service trends.
- Track and report on key performance indicators such as first contact resolution, response time, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify root causes of service challenges and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.
- Develop and maintain data-driven dashboards, reports, and presentations for management review.
- Provide actionable insights to support training programs and knowledge base development.
- Maintain accurate data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Legally eligible to work as an independent contractor.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), Salesforce, and business intelligence tools.
- Skilled in documentation, research, and issue resolution.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects independently, and maintain accuracy.
This role requires a collaborative, customer-focused approach with a proactive attitude. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, able to work diplomatically across teams.
