Customer Experience Specialist

MCI is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Research and retrieve information to support customer needs.
  • Accurately document interactions and process claims.
  • Guide customers through options to find the best solutions.
  • Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources.

Requirements:

  • Must have prior call center experience.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work from home with high-speed internet connection.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
