Freelance Automotive Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to evaluate luxury automotive experiences. This is a freelance project-based position with flexible working hours.

As an Automotive Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for discreetly assessing customer experiences at various luxury automotive stores or online platforms. Your goal is to provide critical feedback that helps brands refine their services and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Flexible Scheduling: Each evaluation takes approximately 20 minutes, giving you the flexibility to complete multiple assignments throughout the day.
  • Regular Opportunities: Perform several evaluations per month and collaborate with prestigious luxury automotive brands worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Choose Assignments: Select evaluations that align with your personal preferences and profile.
  2. Evaluate Luxury Stores or Online Platforms: Engage with sales associates in-store or online from the comfort of your home.
  3. Observe Carefully: Visit boutiques, check ambience, experience luxury showrooms, purchase online, evaluate after-sales services, or overall customer experience.
  4. Provide Honest Feedback: Use our platform to share your observations through questionnaires.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Good understanding of the automobile industry.
  • Passionate about automobiles and improving customer service and retail environments.
  • Enjoy interacting with people.
  • Has a keen eye for discreetly observing and noting various aspects of the shopping experience.
  • Willingness to adapt to varying assignment types and industries.
  • Ability to provide unbiased, honest feedback without personal biases and be prompt in filling out online surveys.
