  • Ensure timely responses to customer needs and requests.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in administrative or customer service roles, preferably in sales or service-oriented environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
