Key Responsibilities
  • Frontline Support

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

Ad Review and Quality Assurance

Review ads posted by customers, ensuring they meet quality standards and providing recommendations to enhance visibility and engagement.

Troubleshooting and Technical Support

Analyze product malfunctions reported by customers, collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues, and document findings for future reference.

Feature Requests and Workarounds

Share customer feature requests with relevant product teams and provide effective workarounds to team members to facilitate continuous process improvement.

Requirements
