We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Liaison to join our team at Topserve Service Solutions, Inc.

Key Responsibilities- Frontline Support
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Ad Review and Quality AssuranceReview ads posted by customers, ensuring they meet quality standards and providing recommendations to enhance visibility and engagement.
Troubleshooting and Technical SupportAnalyze product malfunctions reported by customers, collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues, and document findings for future reference.
Feature Requests and WorkaroundsShare customer feature requests with relevant product teams and provide effective workarounds to team members to facilitate continuous process improvement.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
