Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to manage accounts payable and receivable, enter invoices in a spreadsheet, categorize invoices, process invoices, reconcile data, and ensure accurate financial input.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable for the Marketing team
  • Enter invoices in a spreadsheet
  • Categorize invoices by department and portfolio auction depending on expenditure
  • Process invoices and reconcile data
  • Ensure accurate financial input and record-keeping

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in an accounts administration role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Outlook)
  • Intermediate level in MS Excel
  • Ability to meet deadlines and show high attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Punctual, reliable, and flexible
  • Accountable and takes ownership of tasks and role
  • Experience with MYOB accounting software is desirable
  • Background in Australian real estate is advantageous
