Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Specialist - Workflow Coordinator to assist with both administrative tasks and technical work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage records and handle low-level administrative tasks
  • Support workflow automation using tools such as N8N, Zapier, or Make.com
  • Write simple scripts or troubleshoot system connections (basic programming level)
  • Leverage AI tools to improve productivity
  • Occasionally assist in scheduling or meeting coordination
Qualifications
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Knowledgeable in automation tools (Zapier, N8N, Make.com, etc.) - you've built or maintained workflows before
  • Basic programming or scripting capability (not afraid to look at the backend of things and experiment)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a problem-solving mindset
  • Willing to figure things out independently
  • Prior experience supporting startup founders or fast-paced environments is an advantage
