Technical Support Specialist

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in computer-related technical support
  • Skills: Proficiency in end-user operating systems (e.g. macOS, Windows), server operating systems, networking skills, virtualization technologies, Single Sign On platforms, productivity and collaboration software, AI tools, scripting and automation for system tasks
