Job Title: Digital Content Associate

We are seeking a talented Digital Content Associate to drive our brand's online presence by creating engaging content. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, creators, and marketers to develop high-quality ad creatives that resonate with our audience.

  • Partner with in-house design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns
  • Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across various paid platforms
  • Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance and iterate quickly
  • Stay ahead of trends and industry developments to ensure our ads remain relevant and engaging

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in content management or marketing, a proven track record of producing high-quality UGC-led video ads, a strong understanding of paid advertising platforms, and excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate with external vendors and contractors to deliver content and services
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance to inform future content decisions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing
  • Proven experience producing high-quality UGC-led video ads
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok)
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
