Job Overview

The primary function of the Real-Time Operations Coordinator is to oversee the day-to-day operations of various accounts by monitoring productivity, attendance, and performance metrics in real-time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and Analysis: Review daily reports from internal tools and collaborate with the Reports Team to ensure seamless data integration. Monitor live dashboards for team member status, productivity levels, and performance trends.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide timely alerts during shifts to help troubleshoot issues before they impact client perception. Prepare detailed daily summaries on attendance, productivity, and performance patterns.
  • Collaboration and Support: Partner with Operations/Client Services Managers to provide actionable insights that support retention and growth initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics: Accuracy and timeliness of daily reports. Response time for real-time alerts to Ops/CSMs.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field (desired).
  • 1-2 years of experience in reporting, workforce management, data analysis, or operations support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
