Customer Support Specialist

This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through various channels, ensuring a positive experience across every interaction.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support customers using our e-commerce platform, assisting with web orders, product availability, pricing, order status, and delivery tracking.
  • Process sales orders and enter customer data accurately in CRM and ERP systems.
  • Follow up on inbound leads, quote requests (RFQs), and web inquiries to help convert interest into sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and assist with administrative support related to sales transactions.
