About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop comprehensive marketing plans to support country student placement and IELTS volume goals.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including multi-channel campaigns and lead sources.
  2. Lead Generation and Analysis: Identify, analyze, and prioritize lead opportunities to drive sales growth, and recommend expansion of marketing activities to leverage them for the Country Director.

Requirements
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate experience (minimum 5-7 years) in delivering high-quality marketing solutions with positive, measurable results.
  • Creative thinker and able to develop contemporary marketing content.
  • Able to read, analyze, and interpret information effectively.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills across all key methods - oral (including presentations), written, and non-verbal.
