Role Overview

The Partnership Facilitator II is an intermediate professional responsible for fostering partnerships with local churches, promoting awareness of children's needs, and prioritizing child protection. This role involves strengthening church ownership and capacity through developmental approaches, fostering relationships among churches in the cluster, and supporting churches throughout all phases of the program cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote awareness of children's needs and prioritize child protection.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to serve, respect, and empower the church.
  • Strengthen church ownership and capacity through developmental approaches.
  • Foster relationships and collaboration among churches in the cluster.
  • Support the church throughout all phases of the Program Cycle: Needs Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years in community development or partnership management.
  • Experience in program cycle management for WASH, Education, and Livelihood projects.
  • Ability to develop networks and mobilize resources.
