Job Overview
The Business Development Associate (Project Lead) is responsible for assisting in identifying new business opportunities, leading project developments, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and executing strategies that drive business expansion and acquisitions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify potential growth and expansion opportunities.
- Take ownership of key projects, ensuring successful execution, timeline adherence, and alignment with company objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders of business units.
- Implement business development initiatives and strategies that align with corporate growth plans.
- Report progress on business development initiatives and ensure goal alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, project management, sales, or client relationship management.
- Experience in contract negotiation and partnership development.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, data analysis & visualization, and forecasting.
- Knowledge and understanding of economic indicators, industry benchmarks, and market forecasting.
- Demonstrated competence in engaging high-level stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple initiatives.
- A good team player with strong communication and collaboration skills, excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships while effectively managing conflicting views and opinions.
- Willingness to travel to rural areas within the country.
