Senior Branch Marketing Officer

Overview of Role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving branch growth through innovative marketing strategies and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase deposit growth from new and existing customers.
  • Conduct regular cross-selling of the Bank's corollary products and services to enhance revenue streams.
  • Ensure high retention of existing customers by fostering strong relationships and providing efficient service.
  • Interview walk-in depositors, ensuring compliance with customer acceptance procedures and documentation.
  • Participate actively in regular team meetings, sharing ideas and insights to drive business success.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree from any reputable institution.
  • At least 5 years of experience in branch banking, marketing, and lead management.
