Your Responsibilities
  • Degree Requirement: A degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or another relevant science is required.
  • R&D Experience: Familiarity with R&D processes and working within a GMP environment is essential.
  • Project Management: Strong project management experiences with demonstrable problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Leadership Skills: Independent and self-starting individuals with resilience needed to thrive in a fast-paced environment are required. Ability to lead and motivate others, showing strong interpersonal competence and team commitment.
  • Commercial Awareness: Commercially aware individuals, with the ability to propose improvements and challenge the status quo for better results, are desired.
