About the role

We are looking for a talented Beauty Specialist to join our thriving cooperative in Poblacion, Makati City. As a Beauty Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair and beauty services to our valued clients. What you'll be doing

  • Perform a variety of hair and beauty treatments, including cutting, colouring, styling, manicures, pedicures, and facials
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalised recommendations
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the hair and beauty industry
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all clients
  • Assist with stock management and ordering of necessary supplies
  • Contribute to the overall success and growth of the cooperative

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Beauty Specialist or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in a wide range of hair and beauty treatments, with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to continued learning and development
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • A positive, friendly, and professional demeanour
