Job Description:

As a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the success of our organization. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure seamless daily operations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Transcribing live or recorded calls and taking notes on key points discussed
  • Preparing daily call lists, meeting agendas, and materials as needed
  • Scheduling meetings with clients and team members, coordinating times that accommodate all parties
  • Managing reports on key metrics and performance indicators within specified deadlines
  • Updating and maintaining virtual files to ensure information is organized and easily accessible

Additional tasks may include managing email correspondence, calendar appointments, and ensuring all administrative activities are executed efficiently.
