Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding our services and solutions.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate internal team when necessary.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center or phone-based customer service/sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC services and terminology.
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in a remote setting with flexible shifts if needed.
