Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Building Integration Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and support clients with the highest quality fault detection and diagnostics products.
  • Collaborate on onboarding projects, communicating timelines and milestones to ensure analytics meets its role in a timely manner at a high level of quality.
  • Conduct onboarding activities such as installing Data Collection Services, discovering data, and organizing for Digital Building Engineers.
  • Troubleshoot Diagnostics to perform automated fault detection on customer's HVAC equipment.
  • Review requests to validate findings and results reported by software.
  • Train and engage customers and partner users specific to the Data Transfer Service, data connectivity, and related networking issues.
  • Provide ongoing support of connected sites.
Requirements:
  • A self-motivated individual with the ability to quickly grasp new technologies.
  • Effective communication skills with customers and partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related technical field, or 5-6 years of industry experience.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC, controls, or fault detection and diagnostics.
  • Exposure to BAS protocols such as BACnet, Haystack, oBIX, and Modbus.
  • Familiarity with BAS networking principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ideal candidates have exposure to automated ongoing commissioning, fault detection and diagnostics, performance measurement and verification.
  • Ideal candidates have exposure to metadata applications such as use of tags and standards, e.g., Project Haystack.
