Key Responsibilities

As a Credit Insurance Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  1. Credit Insurance Management: Fully understand and manage credit insurance policies, processes, and contacts. Upload invoices to the insurance platform for applications within the required timeframe.
  2. Invoice Monitoring: Monitor invoice dues daily and file reports/updates to the insurance provider. Notify the insurance company of any adverse information concerning a buyer within 30 days of becoming aware.
  3. Coordination and Reporting: Coordinate with the Accounts Receivable Controller to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Complete possible loss applications to the insurance company within the required time.
  4. Claims Handling: File claims with the insurance provider and manage the claim process until all claims are closed. Ensure all documentation and communication with the insurance provider are accurate and timely.

You will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date records and reports related to credit insurance, ensuring compliance with credit insurance policies and procedures.
